I have been a client of this wonderful establishment for over 30 years. During that time, the quality has been consistent and at the highest standard. Newer dishes rub shoulders with the classics, many of which have been served on a regular basis since Barbetta opened. It may not be `inexpensive,` but it is definitely full value for the investment. The wine list is also one of the most amazing anywhere. In the warmer months, the garden in the back is the ultimate spot for a romantic evening, as I know from personal experience. Don't let the trendy snobs try to tell you otherwise: Barbetta is the finest Piemontese restaurant that is not located in the Piemonte.
